Pueblo Escondido is located southwest of the Calamuchita Valley in Córdoba. It was a mining site with a history of war and secrets of the salaried life in the heart of the Sierras de Los Comechingones. This mine work was carried out related to the extraction of tungsten associated with the most sophisticated tools for war: armored vehicles, tanks and cannon shells.
At the end of 1969 the mine was abandoned until 1995, when the facilities were restored to promote adventure tourism, surrounded by the impressive ravines of these beautiful mountains.
